PvP Locations - Dry Flats
It is obvious that Dry Flats was at one point a military installation that was recently abandoned. The complex is well fortified and can be an ideal base of operations for any clan or raider gang. The previous inhabitants fled in a hurry though, leaving reason to believe that something dangerous is in the area or at least came through quite suddenly. Evidence is clear of this since the base is loaded with valuable loot left behind during a frenzied evacuation.
Some speculate that a group of Outsiders came through the complex with contamination suits, possibly to collect data on the sudden disappearance of its inhabitants. There is also a marauding population of Throwbacks in the area surrounding Dry Flats which very well could be mutations of those that called this place home. White Crow have also been seen in the area with a massive beast called Project 432 caged up for experimentation. What their purpose is has yet to be determined, but it all might tie in. Further investigation will commence once we've finished cleaning out the base of its abundant valuables, although this very well may take awhile.
